1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any course, workshop, or service offered by Nucisa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or enroll in our programs.

2. Course Registration and Enrollment

2.1 Registration Process

To enroll in our organic culinary courses, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information. All registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by Nucisa.

2.2 Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in our courses. For participants under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required.

2.3 Course Capacity

Our courses have limited capacity to ensure quality instruction. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Nucisa.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Course Fees

All course fees are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and must be paid in full before the course commencement date unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

3.2 Payment Schedule

• Full payment is due at the time of registration for single courses and workshops
• For multi-session programs, payment plans may be available upon request
• All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway
• Late payments may result in cancellation of your enrollment

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Student

Students may cancel their enrollment under the following conditions:

• More than 30 days before course start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15-30 days before course start: 50% refund of course fees
• Less than 15 days before course start: No refund available
• After course commencement: No refund for any reason

4.2 Cancellation by Nucisa

Nucisa reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal value.

5. Course Materials and Ingredients

All organic ingredients, recipes, and course materials are provided by Nucisa and are included in the course fee. Students are expected to handle all materials responsibly and in accordance with food safety standards. Any materials provided remain the intellectual property of Nucisa unless otherwise stated.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Students must inform Nucisa of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that may affect their participation in cooking classes. While we work exclusively with organic products, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6.2 Kitchen Safety

All participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by instructors. Nucisa is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety protocols or from inherent risks associated with culinary activities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to recipes, techniques, videos, photographs, course materials, and branding associated with Nucisa, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any materials without express written permission from Nucisa.

8. Photography and Media Release

By participating in our courses, you consent to being photographed or recorded during classes. Nucisa may use these images and videos for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the course begins.

9. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to:

• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy
• Arrive punctually for all scheduled sessions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Refrain from disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning experience
• Follow all safety protocols and instructor guidance

Nucisa reserves the right to dismiss any student who violates our code of conduct without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nucisa, its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, participation in courses, or any related activities. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or food-related illness, except where prohibited by law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Nucisa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
